The Treatment Advocacy Center’s Resource Library is intended to simplify your efforts to implement and sustain a quality AOT program. The items below have been shared by other successful programs or were developed by TAC. You have permission to replicate, modify, and rebrand any of the job descriptions, policies/procedures, program brochures, and forms to make them your own. You will also find a participant handbook, family guide and data collection templates that you are welcome to alter to meet your needs. Team discussion worksheets and community education resources, including a 30-minute video that does a nice job of explaining the AOT process from a variety of perspectives, are also a click away. Lastly, is a listing of relevant research, reports and analyses to help support your AOT efforts.
Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or to share a document of your own that you think others may find useful.
